This does not apply to online payment options, where the standard time-frame for payment cannot be altered. If you are unable to complete payment online, we recommend you request an invoice for offline payment instead, so that the above-mentioned extension can be granted.


Please ensure that you have requested and received an invoice prior to contacting us and quote your invoice and customer number when getting in touch.
